Fitness facilities
The fully air-conditioned 38 stationed fitness studio offers all levels and abilities, the perfect environment in which to work out. A full range of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, steppers, rowers, bikes and crosstrainers; resistance and free weights area to help tone and shape. Fully qualified instructors will be happy to prescribe a fitness program to help you achieve your fitness goals in our friendly atmosphere with television and music to keep you entertained whilst you work out.
Workout studios
The two fully equipped workout studios offer varied programmes of over 30 classes a week including Body Training Systems, Aerobics and and Relaxation classes.(Please see separate workout timetable for current classes published below)

Monday - 6:30am to 11:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday - 6:30am to 10:00pm
Friday - 6:30am to 10:00pm
Saturday - 7:30am to 6:00pm
Sunday - 8:30am to 8:00pm
(Peak time 5:00pm to close, off-peak up to 5:00pm and any time weekends.)

To complete your workout relax in our Nordic 12 seater sauna, offering mixed and single sessions.(Please check solar timetable). Changing rooms provide showers, lockers and changing areas. Swimming costumes must be worn at all times in the sauna.
